My customer ID is 3425402. My Sinorita SX 6 Kg front loading washing machine stopped working on 9th June 2015. whereupon I filed a complaint with customer care at about 11 AM the same day. after a number of phone calls to various local dealers, a technitian finally condescended to turn up on 11 June 2015 at about 5 PM. He tried and tested the machine, thereafter said that the heating element had gone bad, he removed it and took it away for replacement, saying he would come the next day. Again after a number of calls, he finally turned up on 14 June 2015 with an assistant. They replaced the heating element, but the machine was still not working. They finally removed the electrical panel, saying that it was not working and that they would return the next day and replace it with a new one. The defective electric panel they carried with them. The same evening, hardly half an hour after they left, I was surprised to receive a message from customer care, which stated as follows " Your Complaine No: 15722461 has been resolved. If satisfied - SMS "15722461Y".If not resolved - SMS "15722461N" to [protected]. I sent the not resolved message, and on Sunday14th June 2015, at 1:50 PM I received the following message "Thanks for contacting IFB. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. An incidence E74334 has been generated in our Escalation Channel System."
