I have requested the general service for my 1 Year old IFB Front loading 6.0 Kg Senorita Aqua SX Ultra on 28-April'15 the ticket number: [protected]. 2 service engineers visited and checked my machine and replaced the door lock and replaced the water filter and sold the descale powder worth of Rs.3400 (Filter Rs. 1800 + 10 pack of descale powder Rs.1600) and went off. Suggested for the dry run for 15 minutes and we also did the same. After completing the 10 Minutes dry run, door opened automatically and it is showing an error and we couldn't able to use. Again with the great difficulty called the service engineer and he committed that he will come and rectify, but he didn't rectified the problem. Then called the service manager and he committed that the next day ( 29-April'15) as a first call we will attend the problem and solve, but nothing happened. Again called the service engineer, he told me around 11am, he will reach with in 1 hour, but he has not reached. Again called him @ 3pm, he told me, he is nearby my home attending another call and will be reaching with in 15 minutes. Again he has not reached my home. Around 5.30pm called and he told me that the spare is not available in stock.
Since the service engineer knows that the spare is not available, he could have informed earlier instead of committing anything. Also before replacing the door lock, there was no problem, absolutely working fine. I think knowingly he replaced the good part with the defective part and later to replace the defective part, stock is not available.
Contacted the customer care, committed that senior service engineer will be visiting today but that also not happened.
Now i am struggling to correct the problem and IFB is not supporting and the machine is still under warranty.
Need your help to rectify my issue.
