IFB — IFB games with poor customers, no response at all, bluff promises and transferring calls or new number to complaint at is all you get

Dear customers never ever think of buying IFB washing machines. My case is as listed ahead;
I own an IFB machine of executive plus model which runs on AMC since its warranty period was over. Since past few years almost every year the machine shut down over some problem or the other. This time I complained on the 19th of may and till date no definite solution has shown up. The technician once visited on 21st stating that the tub, bearing etc need complete replacement. Since then we keep calling either the customer care number, or the technician or the coordinator and who not and the response is same. Customer care people do the brilliant task of providing us "ma'am contact this person u will find a solution" and technician or coordinator whosoever the authority is plays a child bluff game " ma'am it will be done today evening" is all you get out of it. A customer is stupid to own a IFB machine and manage the laundry without the machine for 15 days span. Only fake promises and numbers is all you get but not one fruitful service. kindly be prepared to burn your pone hot with incessant calls and waste all your time, energy and phone balance for some all stated above. A mere game for IFB personnel I suppose.
