[Resolved]  IFB — IFB micro oven repairing

I have a IFB micro oven. I have valid AMC also for availing maintenance services. I have lodged a complaint about 3 months ago, for a minor nature of repair work to the service, centre at Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, vide ticket no. 11572426. The defect is, ON/OFF touch button switch is not making contact, hence the entire unit is not able to be used. As spare was not available with them, they have recorded by themselves that the defect was rectified by the user on own and they have closed the record of the above complaint (ticket no.[protected] without rendering the required service.
