I bought one unit of microwave model no 25PG3B, on date 25rd Feb. 2015 from retailer HARIOM located at Rohini sector 3.
demonstration has been done next day except my few queries and didn't solve by IFB Engineer, still looking for it. For Your Information, This is my first IFB brand home appliance after convinced by sales man at HARIOM Retailer.
Secondly I didn't get any user manual within the microwave box, IFB Engineer said that sometimes it didn't come, sound very strange like brand IFB is not supposed to do this silly errors. That IFB Engineer promised that he will bring user manual just after festival HOLI, but it all disappeared. For me customer service more important then to sale of brand, which reflects future sale as well.
when we request at retailer HARIOM to give us seal pack box, they gave me many excuses i.e. not having seal pack, it is in godown, later on it is not available in godown too and it will take several hours and delay in delivery etc. Looks like normal practice to sale brand devices and after sales is flying somewhere in clouds, when shower nobody knows.
So far microwave is functioning fine. but not fulfilling promises make me very disappoint and want to resolve it urgently.
You are being requested to take up the matter into action and provide me the support.
