Complaint ticket no 11651143 booked 10 days ago. 1) Complaint could not be logged on for whole day due to server problem.They had refused to take my complaint over phone 2) The call was attended after a week.They gave a lame excuse. 3) The problem was identified.Timer is gone and require a replacement. cost about Rs. 2500. It was caused by some problem in Cut-out.We have not noticed any short circuiting in cutout. IFB is insisting on purchase of Cutout ( cost about 1350) for giving warranty on their machines. If cutout itself fails, what is the remedy for us. Do we have to go for another cutout to safeguard the 1st cut out. The machines are fabricated such that they fail invariably once in two years in order to gain spare parts sale and service.Alternatively they insist on AMC which is for two years.Somehow they want to make money regularly by selling their products.We also have no alternative than to call them.Spare parts are availble with them only.
