Its really a horrible and bad experience for customer who purchase IFB products. Its been since a week and no one has provided any reply/response for the complaint # 13091334 related to defective part. When i called The Service center (Phone #[protected]. They inform that they have not ordered the defective part yet and The owner of the franchise( MR Zavari ) of A.S.L Enterprise ( Malleswaram bangalore) is so arrogant and harsh, the he needs doesn't even know how to speak to customer and what Customer Service is all about. Request you to address the issue at the earliest.
