[Resolved] IFB — IFB Microwave is a defective one | |||
This is probably my 4th complaint. I am surprised by the casual attitude of the customer care persons. My machine is in warranty period which would be over in July but for the last 3 months the machine has stopped working. Essentially this means the warranty period is getting eaten up and I am having a garbage in my kitchen. For the last few days I am just getting calls and the days in my warranty period is just flying away. I do not see any urgency from IFB in honoring this request. Two different technicians came at my place and found different problems. The last person replaced the panel with a used one and also changed the PCP. This means there are at least 3 pieces which are not working. This piece is a faulty one and I am repeating this from the very beginning only but IFB is so casual.
