I have registered a complaint 30 oct with IFB regarding my Elena washing machine is not working . Till now, nobody from IFB has come to resolve the issue . Whenever I call the customer care they promise me that they will come today, tomorrow etc .But nothing happens.I contacted their service Franchisee person Rajeswari and one mr Raghavendra . I already explained them that I have two small kids and life is diffficult without washing machine .
