[Resolved] IFB — IFB Senorita SX Front load - Bad product and bad after sales service

I Purchased IFB Senorita SX Front load washing machine about 2 years back.
From the first month onwards machine started giving problems.
I had filed complaints and had to wait nearly a month for their after sales service response.
Even on September 1, 2014 I filed a complaint no: 13694321. But till today there is no response from IFB.
Last time when I filed complaint and waited more than a month for their service.
I don't know about the other products of IFB. But this particular model is continuously giving problems.
Moreover they have very bad customer service. Please don't go for this Product.
