[Resolved] IFB — IFB very bad service response | |
I have IFB Serena 5.5 liter washing machine. It has been six years since I purchased the machine. Every 6 months once the machine will come up with one or the other problem. When customer care is called, they send people who force to buy accessories such as water purifier and all, but even after installing those products, machine continues to give trouble. This time when my machine's drain was not working I called customer care and the response was really very bad. Those people came, they asked what is the problem and they did not even open up the machine and started saying pump is gone, and need to be replaced, that costs 2000 Rs and if I want the warranty to be extended I need to pay 3500 rs. I requested them many times asking to see if there was some obstruction in the pipes and to open and see, but they wont, they left me with no option other than changing the pump. These customer care simply pull money from our pockets, IFB washing machine may be the product is good, but service is really too bad. I would never suggest this machine for my friend or any people I know. Was this information helpful? | |
