[Resolved] IFB — ifb voltage cut out not working

I purchased ifb volt control cutout on 16-oct 2019 with purchase order number[protected]. With in one day it stopped working. Even though it is under one year guarantee, i couldnot able to reach the appropriate technician. I have bought the product under ifb appliances website. When i reached customer care, they are not owning ifb volt control cutout and not giving proper response on whom to reach for service or replacement. Their online site is not giving any clue on whom to reach for replacement or return. Ifb has to improve on customer care support or their website has to be designed properly.

IFB Customer service professional called me and instructed that an IFB technician will call me, book appointment and attend my complaint. As mentioned, IFB technician visited my home and replaced my faulty IFB volt cut out device. Thanks for the resolution by both customer complaints team as well as IFB team. Thanks Ganesh
