[Resolved]  IFB — Ifb warranty

Dear sir / madam

I have purchased washing machine on 31/07/2011, there was no proper demo done, no proper instructions where given to us, now 4 years warranty is getting lapsed by this month end, your service engineer comes and tell us that we have to call the service person every 6months for servicing which we are not aware.

Service person informs us now that our machine drum there is a sound we have to check, and out water at the bottom which has motor is not working that is to be replaced, still we have time till this month end there is no problem.

If the same happens in the next moth i have to pay for that, who is responsible for that who had not guided the customer properly, you want to take ride of the customer for not educating them on the process.

Now they come with tell us that you have to take amc and the same warranty continues as per earlier.

Please be minded that have lost all the services for last 4years, which not fare at all, advise me how to move forward...

Service person informs us now that our machine drum there is a sound we have to check, and out water at the bottom which has motor is not working that is to be replaced, still we have time till this month end there is no problem. If the same happens in the next moth I have to pay for that, who is responsible for that who had not guided the customer properly, you want to take ride of the customer for not educating them on the process.
