My (IFB) machine door lock was not working and was showing (E-01) that means (DOOR NOT CLOSED) but it was working manually through the lever provided in the machine. Complaint was lodged at IFB CUSTOMER CARE by the complaint no. 12453201 dated 23-2-14 and unexperienced technician attended the complaint who was clueless of the problem and instead shortcircuited my machine infront of my eyes and all the PCB, POWER BOARD and ELEMENT was blowned off.
Next, a senior technician came after many phone calls and changed the PCB and the POWER BOARD with the repaired one ( Saying New Is Not Available) . Still after that same error was being shown on further diagonosis it was found that a wire of the door was broken because of which it was showing (E-01) . The technician said that it was a minor complain of Rs.337 which is the SERVICE CHARGE. Now we have already paid Rs.4000 for the repaired old parts that were changed and still the machine is NOT WORKING. It is a share case of CHEATING AND HARASSMENT and now they(IFB PEOPLE) are asking to purchase a new machine.
