[Resolved] IFB — IFB washing machine inside stone broken during washing

Hi This is Naren form Tambaram Chennai. Regarding IFB washing Machine damage more than couple of times. during washing there was a abnormal sound and machine was moving and went and hit the wall . Same issue has been happened 1and 1/2 months ago and it was replaced, there is two stones one is on top side and another one has round one which has broken this time . since only my mom and servant and 2and 1/s years kid at home, the sound was huge and even our neighbors every one comes out due the sound it sound like blast and home every one got sacred . looking for your immediate support to replace new one avoid further escalation please find enclosed photo for your reference Model No:Elite Dx5.5Kg Year of purchasing :2-1-2011 Address: Dr Samundeeswari, No:6 A2 Medical officer quartex, ESI Dispensary, , west tambaram Chenna-45
