[Resolved] IFB — ifb washing machine service-looting customer under warranty. | |||
I have purchased an ifb washing machine in 2018 which is under warranty now. Few days back the machine stopped working. Service technician visited after 3 days that too after many follow-up calls. He came and told that a process state pipe is faulty and needs to be replaced. But he told us that because we are using a trolley which we have purchased from local market we will have to pay for the part although the machine is under warranty. The warranty document is not present anywhere with the documentation provided to us. I have raised concern to their zonal manager also but everybody talks the same language that you have to pay the charges. What is the meaning of warranty then? If it is mentioned anywhere in written in the warranty document then i am ready to pay the charges. Kindly share the warranty terms. Was this information helpful? | |||
