[Resolved] IFB — Improper demonstration of IFB DIsh Washer | |
I purchased a IFB Dish Washer Neptune Dx on 18.05.2014. IFB sent a representative for Demo on 28.05.2014 after several follow up calls. This person could only start the machine and as it was his first Demo for Dish Washer he could only manage to show me the User Manual for my queries. While the machine was running he left the place and afterward I found a error F5. I tried to solve the problem as per the guidance of the Manual, but could not solve the problem. For last two days I am constantly following up to send a Competent person for the Proper Demonstration of the Machine and to solve the problem F5. I am not getting any satisfactory response. They are again providing me the phone no of the person already visited and I am not satisfied with his Demo.
I am lodging this complain with the hope that this problem will be solved and my Dish Washer will run properly.
