To, The head of the consumer complaint ifb I hereby wish to bring to your notice that the microwave model no. 34 bic1, which we purchased from ifb point in september 2015 has become, pain in our neck from last 30 months. The pain includes getting in contact with the service person, the capabilities of the technician and the replacement of inefficient part and so on... I am mentioning the dates on which i complained regarding the microwave. On 27th feb'17 ticket # [protected] 6th march'17 13th april'17 7th july'17 - meanwhile, it got repaired through personal follow-ups 12th oct'18 ticket # [protected] 20th oct'18 26th nov'18 10th dec'18 July'19 After all these, the present conditions today is that we still need a lot of repairing in the microwave. We were a very loyal customer who has purchased an oven, washing machine and dishwasher also from ifb is put to this condition. So, this is a 'final sincere request' to get this microwave to replace with a new one...
