No action taken with respect to the mentioned complain I'd. Product in warranty need to change a small magnetic valve. Authorised service centre people not responding. Since Saturday 15 times called to the help line no. But they are not arranging technicians after so many requests. Literally harassed by them this is really wrong the way they are treating customers. This is ridiculous. If the product is in warranty and they are not responding what if in future if the product is not in warranty they will not attend only. Then it's useless to buy stuffs from such a big brand name.
