3 months back I filed the following complaint
"I have been using IFB 436CTR-BG built in hob since last 2 years at Tezpur Assam -784028. I have been facing lot of problems with it. Many time I complaint to the company, but they couldn't resolve any of my problems. Last time I booked a complaint on 19th January 2022. After around one and half month, one of their technician came, but forget about resolving my issues he even couldn't open the hob. Then he asked me to take the hob to his service center, I took it there and kept it there for three days but even then he couldn't open the hob, on top of that he broke one of the parts, which he himself admitted. After that I contacted the IFB help line([protected]) on 25th March 2022 and they said within 24 hours some of their executive will contact me. but so far no response. Now I want the product to be replaced as they couldn't repair it."
After one month of partial repairing, the product again started giving problem. The big burner is still not working, the middle size two burners are also showing very low flame. After calling their technician several time I received no response. I have been having lot of problems. Please do the needful. IFB technicians almost surrendered that they can not do anything. In that case I ask them to either replace the product or refund the money. Was this information helpful? |
