We raised complaint for AC display error, technician visited on Dt.13.09.2023 and told outdoor unit complaint and it is in warranty condition, then he raised ticket number [protected] and ordered for new outdoor unit..
On Dt.16.09.2023 from service center once call came and told your AC outdoor and Indoor unit both are compliant. for outdoor it is under warranty and for Indoor unit you have to pay amount they told, but i argued with them when visiting technician he told only outdoor unit complaint and it is in warranty. Then they take conference call and confirmed it is outdoor unit only complaint and it is in under warranty.
On Dt.03.10.2023 again I called and enquire for outdoor unit part, they told came part yesterday only, we will send technician by tomorrow, but not send.
On Dt.06.10.2023 again called and asked for technician not came till now, they told technician gone to other site/visit, if possible will send by today, but not came nobody.
On Dt.10.10.2023 again called and asked, they told will talk to their boss and arrange technician
On Dt.11.10.2023 again called and talk to their boss, he talking very rudly, part came will send, if you pay amount for part will send technician immediately, otherwise it will late. If you can raise complaint again, you can do again, our technician visit and raise complaint again and send for part complaint. I argued with them already part came, why you are not send, he told part not came, you can talk with anybody, you can give complaint anybody like he talking. I have a proof of Voice records also for the above all matters.
Please look into this matter and close our complaint as early as possible.
