[Resolved]  IFB Industries — ach1 error in new washing machine

Hi,

I have been using ifb senortia vx washing machine for about 4 months and since the starting i am getting this ah1 error repeatedly. To complete 1 wash there are about 3-4 times ah1 error leading to a prolonged washing. Everytime i have come and restart leading to pathetic experience and it takes 3 hrs to complete 1 wash. Request you look into this as this has become predominat in every wash.

Updated by Nitin Sinha The issue is not resolved yet. Your tech support guy visited the site and told me to buy stabilizer worth 4000 rs if i need to run the machine. Why is the problem only with your washing machine when all my other appliances are working just fine? And if a stabilizer is compulsory then you should educate the consumer about it. I wouldn't have bought your product had I known this issue. The best part is that your appliance is not working with any other stabilizer as well. WOW!!

This is highly misleading and bizarre at your part. You guys are forcing me to invest more money even when the flaw is at your end. Provide me a stabilizer or take your product and refund my whole money. I don't need this junk box which is good for nothing for me since 4 months.
