[Resolved] IFB Industries — after sales services | |||
I have registered a complaint for my ifb mocrowave for its door handle replacement on 24th october under the booking ticket number [protected]. No emgineer visited me uptil now that is 9th nov, 2017. I called customer care center two times in 15 days on my part to follow up with them and complaining them both the times that no enginner visited me and both the the time they did not responded me back. This is very annoying. I am very disappointed with ifb after sales services. Once the engineer called me after my second follow up to fix time to visit but then he also did not visited and i am not the one who will keep calling ifb customer center and there engineer for 4 times again and again.
