For past 3 months, I have been trying to contact various service agents and others for replacing the PCB for my IFB AC (Model/Year - IACS18AK3TC/2013). Even after raising service request, they simply call and say they have ordered for the pcb and in 2 days time call back asking for some OTP to cancel the services request, saying the spare part is not available. There is no other issues with the AC.
