I have elite sx washing machine with the amc valid from 01.12.2018 to 30.11.2020 for the machine serial no.[protected]. The national lockdown due to covid-19 has caused difficulty to all and no service could be provided for any non-essential services. The lockdown continues from march mid-2020 to date. It is requested to extend the amc warranty free of cost for the non operational period (March to august 2020) as a gesture to support the customers who are already having amc. Request to accept the request and forward me the extended amc till 30.05.2021.
