I have purchased IFB frontloading washing machine 8 kg Senstor Aqua SX Oct 2017 and it is out of warranty from Oct 21. with 4 years warranty We have observed that the machine is vibrating a lot and mounts needs replacement. We are surprised to know that mounts can get worn out in just 4 years . As per analysis though the machine is designed to take unbalanced load or run at half load .The machine is not performing to that level so this type of failure can be seen . Either the product is not designed properly or they have advertised in the wrong way it does not have capacity to handle part load . It is a false claim that the machine can take unbalance load .Since it is abnormal failure i had demanded free of cost replacement which they turned down .As per IFB customer care they responded that the failure will be chargeable only and cannot be done free of charge Request to please look into the matter Regards Umesh [protected] +1 photos Was this information helpful? The expectations of free replacement is not fulfilled nor IFB has accepted the problem .They are just telling to change the parts which will cost and will not be replaced free of cost .
