[Resolved]  IFB Industries — avoidance and damage to the product by technicians

On the date of 11 august 2018, My IFB AC got an issue of cooling, it is not providing cooling at any mode, I decided to call customer care. After that repair is made by the IFB’s Technicians, they were saying that “your AC needs R410A gas for cooling”. I paid the charges 2600 Rs for gas and asked technician if there Is any other problem in the AC other than gas, he said “no”, but he took for cleaning and painting cooling coil, he took my whole split AC unit to the shop. And next day, he installed that unit back to my room. AC was producing good cooling. I asked about warranty and leakage of the gas. Then he said, if leakage of gas occurred anymore then we are here for that. After 4-5 days, I noticed that the AC isn’t producing good cooling properly. so, I decided to turn it on for a night to test cooling. But it was not giving cooling as earlier. I assumed that this might not be due the leak gas. maybe it’s due to improper voltage. thus, after 15 days I turned on the AC. But now I can’t feel any cooling, only fan was running. And when I called IFB technicians personally (as they said earlier) to check whether what’s the issue is. Now they said cooling coil is faulty. And it will cost around 9500 to me. This was the first time of gas refill in my AC and at the first time they wrongly refilled gas which cause the cooling coil damage My AC is in good condition I didn’t think that the problem of cooling coil occurred after 15 days of the gas refill, and it is happened only after refill of gas. it is quite clear that the compartment of split AC which is taken for the repair by the technicians is not properly handled or repaired because the problem of cooling coil occurred after refilling of gas. If there is problem of cooling coil then why it is not mentioned by the technician in first time.
Every time they came and charge with different replacement of AC part. please just tell me whole sum amount in once time that I have to pay for running my AC in cooling Mode. They took whole split AC from my home nobody was there expect my mother she didn’t know about what is the main cause. They call me for take away split AC then I assure my self they can handle or repair it in good manner, when they detached the copper tube then actually the gas is there but they said remaining gas is there it is leaked about 4 to 5 minutes with pressure making whistle sound so at last I feel actually the problem was not the gas it is because of other problem AC is not giving cooling and they filled gas wrongly and cause the cooling coil to damage or this could be from the not filling the clean gas
I call several times to lodge complain in service center but toll-free number is not responding or connected for help that time.

who is responsible for damage which is caused by the technicians due to lack of knowledge and mishandling the product.and now the problem is arised then i have to pay for that .it is technician fault no one come to check AC after my problem.
all time IFB care talk about the repair cost.
when i ready to pay then why they are not giving warranty for that period such as AMC.

toll free number provided by the IFB care is not responding or unreachable all time.after sales services given by the company is so worst that care only listen after making complaint.
now it all depends on the customer care services provider whether they want to resolve my problem or not.i am ready to pay the repair charges which is only done by the technicians. it is not come by the use of AC for a period of 2 years . there is no any sewage thats cause the damage to cooling coil.
local technicians from agra first handles the product in improper way or repairs the AC for temporary basis that could run your AC about 10 to 15 days after that they charge for different part for replacement and said we are not charging for previous service we charge for your AC part replacement. we fill gas free of cost and charging nothing from you.
but please give me exact reply or good services for this damage which is done through improper handling or poor repair, who were responisble or who will survive or compensate for it.
