[Resolved] IFB Industries — Brand New Washing Machine in Damaging Condition

I purchased a brand new washing machine from a local vendor in Puri, Odisha. I did not run it for a day also and found it to be defective. Current is not coming to the washing machine and it is not starting up. Reached to the vendor(Prabhu Electronics) and he asked to connect to IFB customer service. IFB customer service generated a ticket and no action being taken on it. Reached out to customer service multiple times but no luck. I am pissed off with the service of IFB. I need this bloody machine to be replaced immediately as i have to do all washing and cleaning with my hands now.
