[Resolved] IFB Industries — Burning Smell from back of front washing machine

We bought Senator VXS 8 kg Front washing machine in October 2021 and in January 2022 it started giving burning smell from back of the machine and all shocks on the machine body.

With service technicians come inn he said the motor is faulty and cannot take the load and needs to be replaced.

I was really surprise, I bought IFB brand with great confidence as it will work more than 10 years with out any trouble and will be value for money.

I am disappointed totally with this brand, better believe Samsung, LG, Whirlpool etc they keep working whole life.

With all these complaints in this section I fear what I need to face coming days and years.

IFB is total disaster
