I am writing this complaint to you to point out a serious issue regarding one of your product {Washing Machine} which I purchased in online on dated 27/6/2021
There was an issue that occurred on[protected] on the next day we raised a compliant 24/12/2021 and even the service person has visited my residency to check the issue and found the board has a default which is next to the top of the display. He said that he will take the board to his office and will replace it with a new piece by the next day. I replied him to go ahead and fix the issue
On the next day 25/12/2021 when we contacted him, he said that the board has to come from Bangalore so it takes 2 more days
We contacted again after 2 days on 28/12/2021 he said that still, they haven’t received the board
On the same day evening, I received a message stating that the complaint has been resolved. I wondered and I went with the option of feedback to escalate the issue. I updated the feedback as the Complaint has not yet been solved
Then I tried to get in touch with the office person Ms.Maadhuri a Branch Manager in the number [protected]
I was explaining her about the issue in deep, she replied by saying why have you marked the complaint as not solved in the feedback option, because of this your complaint has reached our management and they have asked us to hold it for 7-10 business days
This is highly pathetic and the worse service I have ever seen. Why does the management need to say to hold the complaint? If the complaint hasn’t been solved then why do we have to mark it as sorted?
Firstly why did I get a message as solved when still the complaint is on hold/pending? Attached are text messages for your reference
Please address this issue with your management. Because of this issue am completely frustrated by following up you people. Now better I would like to go for the return option because of your poor service
Also, I would like to express my disappointment with your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed organization but this is not the way you deal with your customers
Am looking forward to hear back about your proposition to correct this issue from the respected authorities as soon as possible
