[Resolved] IFB Industries — careless and irresponsible customer service for amc and installation of new product | |||
I am a customer of IFB product since 2012 using washing machine. On completion of warranty period, I have opted for annual maintenance contract and paid necessary charges for maintenance with a franchise held in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. But to my surprise no service technician visited for maintenance during the AMC period. In the recent case during this month when complained for water leakage of my washing machine, technician came and said that water pipe to be replaced, which was planned to complete on 11th Oct 2018 but so far no body turned up. On 10th Oct 2018 I also bought a new washing machine and requested customer care to arrange for demo of the new product on 18th Oct 2018. But till today no one turned up for demo and i received a message that my request is closed. Should we feel that a company like IFB treat/cheat it's customers in the same way throughout India? More than a month they are not solve the issue, No one contact us for the service schedule time but every time message received as customer reschedule the timing, customer not available.
If you can not give the proper service on time, you should directly inform us will take some other action against the complain, why you people wasting our time.
From the date purchase, they did not do the single general service.
