Hello ifb,
I am a customer since from last year, taken washing machine. I requesting general service from last 3 weeks, but customer care not taking right action. I requested to visit technicians on saturday's but they used to call me on my office working time. Also they said me you take service request one day before. So this time i do requested on friday but no technician called or informed on today when they visit.., they call when they want. Also customer care should sent some kind of message - like to whom service is assigned, his contact, when and what time he coming for service etc...
Today waited full day and then i called to your customer care, they gave me number ([protected] - name raghavendar) to call technician. He is unable receive my call, i called several time and then again i called customer care and then i got one more technician number ([protected], naem-ajan) he too not received call. Finally at 3pm i got some other number call - ([protected] - periyappa).. So that time i am away from home and i requested to come after 5pm, then i called 5pm. Then he say he come in 30min. Still now he not came. I wasted hole day, i lost my currency..
Its really shameful, poor service and customer support. I not expected from ifb, ifb should know customer service is primary things than doing things... Sorry, i not encourage my relatives/known people to buy any product from ifb...
