[Resolved] IFB Industries — Change Scoops on the Inner drum | |||
The three Scoops mounted on the inner drum of IFB washing machine are worn out and pieces are falling. Moreover the clothes also get stuck up in the holes of the scoops. When I enquired to replace the Scoops, I was told that the entire drum is to be replaced. The steel drum is quite OK, then I fail to understand as to why only the Scoops be replaced. This seems unnecessary and costly. Please advice, what is actually required ? Was this information helpful? | |||
