In July 2021 I purchased IFB 1.5 ton split ac from Amazon. During my 1st free service the technician informed me that we get 3 free service out of which one is wet service. So during my 2nd service I asked the technician for the wet service (not the same person who visited 1st time), he refused for the wet service. His boss told me that I you ask for wet service from our company then it will be chargeable. We won't do it free of cost. The person who was responsible for installation also not responding for wet service. IFB changes the technician and appointed office every ime for my services. This way they are refusing to give me a one and only free wet ac service and my warranty purchase warranty will expire next month. What should I do only 1 free service is left, now they are asking money for wet service
