[Resolved] IFB Industries — charge taken even amc duration and same issue reported within one year and company declining to fix it

I had very bad experience with navi mumbai ifb service team. I was asked to take rs. 3105/- amc (Duration dec 2016- 28dec 2017) for my washing machine & even charged rs. 3200/- during amc period nov-2017. Also same issue reported in dec-2018 so told that further 8500/- would be charged further & when spoken with navi mumbai (Sanpada-nerul manager), he spoken rudely & later warned that service will not be extended in future.

In washing my washing machine, water consumption is very less and because of that clothes are not cleaning properly. So, send someone for repair.
