[Resolved] IFB Industries — charge taken even amc duration and same issue reported within one year and company declining to fix it | |||
I had very bad experience with navi mumbai ifb service team. I was asked to take rs. 3105/- amc (Duration dec 2016- 28dec 2017) for my washing machine & even charged rs. 3200/- during amc period nov-2017. Also same issue reported in dec-2018 so told that further 8500/- would be charged further & when spoken with navi mumbai (Sanpada-nerul manager), he spoken rudely & later warned that service will not be extended in future.
