IFB executive cheated by charging Rs 8100
Complaint details:Mr Ram mohan manager for saidabad IFB center sent an unnprofessional 3 guys to repair front load 6.5 kg washing machine in 3 different days and finally exe by name Mr Gopi opened complete body of the machine changed parts in that and charged Rs 8100 and said everything is clear problem solved immediatly on next day same problem repated again contacted manager and executive gopi to complaint the same problem they came and quoting Rs 2800 extra to resolve the issue and asked them why cant they encountered issue at the instance issue day there is no answer with them...i want to talk to senior professional of IFB or i want highlight to your MD of IFB..paid receipt also available
