[Resolved] IFB Industries — complaint against ifb washing machine sdg 8.0 kg aqua s.no. 84501100
I had Purchased IFB washing machine in May 2018. And since then till date i have raised the complaint for the same issue Thrice. The problem is that the machine halts its operations in the middle and doesn't start rven at resetting, in order to empty the machine filled with water someone has to take out all the clothes and drain the machine manually. It has been just 11 months and since the product is under warranty the Ifb sends its technician and temporarily fixes the Issue. Since the warranty period is till 1 years except the motor's warranty i will have to get it repaired frequently for the same defect. And pay them everytime for the repair job. I haven't filed any complaints till now because i thought it has happened by chance but when this issue arose several times i would want a Replacement or refund with compensation.They are complete crooks, last time the technician suggested the problem arises due to Hard water and sold us 'Water softener' and assured the problem will not arise. After buying the product under the impression that it will get fixed we purchased it. The very same issue is arising. I am attaching photo of the error.

I had approached Ifb through Twitter and i had got a quick response and asked for my information and received a call from the Customer service. And today i was assured an executive will visit at around 2 pm. And the executive inspected the fault and resolved the issue by cleaning the clogged pipe. Although only this time i had a clogged pipe but from the past 2 complains made were entirely different causing issues but the same issue occurred. I am taking tbe complaint on this behalf only and if tbe issue regenerates and the problem causing factors is different from the issue i had faced this time, i will be bound for another complaint that too if the machine is in warranty and provided if the issue pops up In a couple of months.
