Myself shaheera Abdu booked an complaint in my mother's name Sunitha Abdu of our ifb automatic washing machine today morning calling in ifb centre tirur with phone number[protected] which is the nearest centre to my place valanchery.
I called them today morning at 11:09 am.
A lady picked the call and written the complaint and phone numbers.
So i asked her shall the technician come today (why I asked cz tomorrow is Sunday) so she said yes will come today.
I waited till 2:30 pm and called a technician named Shaheer ( i was having his mobile number as he came for the installation of the machine in the year 2021)
He said technician in your area is leave today. I asked him the lady didn't tell that if they could inform i atleast call local technicians.
I requested him can you pls check as here small baby is there so its emergency. He was on high demand it's Ramadan v can't come today, tomorrow it's off
And we will come on Monday only
And he said you call to office am technician, that lady told you vl send today so on..
I didn't like hi behaviour..
I again called in office at 2:48 pm and asked that lady technician said today it's leave y u didn't inform me then as i would not wait.
I said her mistake happened in your side so send the technician today itself
The lady gave phone to the manager and I narrated him the issues and he said today no way to send any technicians..
My question is if they inform me will send on Monday I could have call local technicians without waiting..
What's the use of such useless centres without understanding customers feeling
I want ifb head officers to take action against this..
I have to wait till Monday to get it ready..
Very very bad officers of ifb in tirur
would like to inform you that iFB service centre tirur won't show any value for customers needs..
We are calling for an emergency and they stick upon their word as they will visit on Monday only.
If they could inform me it on Saturday at the time I book the complaint itself I could atleast call local technicians nearby to our home..
Even if it's Sunday also an emergency happens we have to work (since the mistake happened in their side)
I requested them to visit anyhow since a 4 month old baby is there so lots will be there to wash.
As I can't do it myself due to my health issues and my mom also not well.
But they were stick on their word no way at all we can come only on Monday.
My place is in valanchery.its half to 45minutes journey from ifb service centre tirur to my place. I called them lastly at 2:48 pm..easily they can travel to my place or since the mistake happened in their side they cn hire a technician on Sunday also
I didn't like the attitude of the IFB service centre tirur manager and the technician named Shaheer.
Kindly take action against them.
