This is with regards to the complaint ticket no.[protected], I filed regarding my dishwasher.

After filing the complaint, Mr Ankush Meena was sent to my home from your company to rectify the dishwasher. I did tell him regarding the issues we are having with the cleaning o[censored]tensils and of the smell from dishwasher. He did not listen to us after repeated request to check for smell, the dishwasher was operated twice by him. Then he forced to use de-scaler and immediately after putting that it burnt the PCB. Rather than solving the problem he made it dishwasher un usable. Now the dishwasher is of no use. Post this he asked for the payment for service which he has not provided and said the PCB which he burnt can’t be fixed as they don’t sell that part anymore.

Now IFB after making official complaint to company forcing me to closed the complaint and not listening to me regarding the action of technician .

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Ifb sangareddy service I received . I have had a very poor experience with IFB service center, which has caused me a great deal of mental trauma and frustration.

    During my interactions with service center, I felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously, and that the representatives were not interested in resolving my issue. This has caused me a great deal of stress and mental trauma, as I rely on my washing machine for daily use.

    Going into detail, I raised a ticket ([protected]) with IFB on February 22nd regarding my broken washing machine door. A technician visited the next day and informed me that a new door was required, which would take a week to arrive. On March 3rd, the IFB team informed me that the door had arrived and a technician would come on the same day. However, nobody showed up, and this continued until March 6th.

    On March 6th, I contacted IFB customer service to escalate the issue. To my surprise, I was informed that the previous ticket had been closed, despite the issue not being resolved. I requested a new ticket ([protected]) and asked for the issue to be escalated. However, it appears that the Sangareddy team and their manager do not care about these escalations, which I will elaborate on in the next part

    On March 10th, my ticket ([protected]) was closed again by IFB, stating that I was out of station. However, I have been at home, and no one from IFB contacted me to verify my availability. I called IFB customer care again to escalate the issue and question why my ticket was closed without contacting me. When the customer care representative called the Sangareddy IFB center, they avoided the question and promised to send a technician the next day to replace the door.

    However, when the technician arrived the next day, they informed me that the new door had not yet arrived and would be available by the evening of March 11th. Today is March 16th, and the issue has still not been resolved, and no one from IFB has come to fix the problem

    I don't understand why IFB team in Sangareddy and their manager are treating customers in this way.

    a) If the door has still not arrived, how could they have called me on March 3rd to say that it had arrived? Are you deceiving us with lies?
    b) How could they have closed my initial ticket without even fixing the issue?
    c) How could they have closed my second ticket without contacting me, stating that I was out of station? Is this not cheating?
    d) It will be almost a month by next week, and my door has still not been fixed.

      We had a very bad/worst experience with IFB services, I bought IFB washer dryer online from Amazon and for Installation a technician from a IFB franchise near our place got the installation request. We were using the IFB 5 KG washing machine at the same address for last 16 years. The technician mis leaded us with wrong information saying that you have voltage fluctuation as this is old construction and this will harm the product as the different washing programs supported by this appliance needs different voltage input and in your flat its above that and is fluctuating and there are definite chance that this device will be damaged and in this case IFB will not provide the warranty and he removed our earlier IFB power cutter saying this is of no use will not help and will not protect the appliance from voltage fluctuation damage. He said company do not handle this voltage fluctuation in the costly appliance and not provide any reference of this thing as adding the support in device will increase the product price and that model will not have buyers, so they sell this stabilizer separately and we educate the customers and for Customers benefit we ensure that they additionally add the stabilizer else the device will definitely damage and company warrantee will stand void, IFB intentionally do not mention this anywhere in there product details. So these are all cross selling skills they use to pull more money from customer by misleading and taking advantage by creating a sense of concern and fear for the hard earner money they put on these costly appliances. Cross selling is not wrong but misleading by providing wrong information is definitely a crime.
      Same he attached a hard water softener device to the water inlet saying that this device is used for maintaining required water pressure for this appliance. At your floor the water pressure is not as required. I asked him how he know water pressure is low as we never had any issue in last 16 years with the previous IFB washer. He said those old appliance water pressure requirement were different, this new one will not work properly and by just touching the water flow he can tell that. Later we got his point as he knew that we were using IFB product for last 16 years and still there was no issue, that means there is no hard water problem at our place and that was the reason the old machine was in good condition, so he manipulated and provided wrong information to sell that product by saying it will maintain required water pressures which is a must for the device to work properly.
      We later checked with our neighbors using washer and dryer they said both these are not required and they never had any issues for last 5 years with there new appliance, as the voltage input and water pressure are same in both our flats.
      I later saw similar posts in review that exact same things are sold by these technicians to all with similar tactics above the cost of this costly appliance with wrong information misleading customers and claiming it's a must for product to work properly else company will not help you in case product damage.
      Above that he sold descaler powder and liquid detergent above the market price and IFB list price. The Rs. 50/- descaler package for Rs. 200/-. Also I called directly to the IFB customer care and checked the IFB Stabilizer cost for the same model he sold and it was Rs. 3250/- and he sold at Rs. 4850/-. The IFB customer support executive on call only suggested to me to drop a mail regarding same but the response I got the response on mail was the price is genuine please keep your invoice in safe. The same customer support of IFB confirmed twice when I confirmed is the price for this model correct, she repeated the model number and price as Rs. 3250/- with GST and said you should drop a mail regarding this. But when I escalated through formal communication in written to be on safe side they are defending themselves now. This is ethically not correct, they are fooling the customers.

      Above all this the technician who visited for the installation asked me to show the feedback SMS link I received on my phone after they closed the ticket using the service completion OTP. I didn't knew there intention behind that when he asked as he kept me busy by engaging me in other talks and he took the pic of the SMS from his phone. The next day when I tried to access that link and submit the feedback, I got the message the feedback is already submitted thank you. I called the technician and confronted him, how come he submitted the feedback on my behalf, its the feedback to be submitted by the customer and it was received on my registered mobile number and you intentionally asked to show the SMS and took the pic and submitted the feedback without customer knowledge, this is totally unethical and wrong and this falls under cyber crime category. He just tried giving excuses on that. I informed this to there service center In-charge but that is of no use as they all support each other. For them that technician did an excellent job by cross selling with higher price plus a positive feedback for there service center. In a way they all helping each other. But this falls under cyber crime category by unknowingly with a wrong intention without customer knowledge use the link received on their registered phone and submitting a positive feedback for themselves. In todays world they know this digital feedback for them means a lot to get more business and perks for them too and they use these kind o[censored]nethical malpractices with customers trust. Is this not a crime? Beware and vigilant and don't let these kind of people take advantage of your trust.

      The IFB franchise is ULTRA SERVICES IFB,
      NANAI BAUG SR NO 50/2/1/1 WATHARE MALA RODE 411036 GHORPADI 411036, Maharashtra, Phone - [protected]. The franchise in-charge is Ms. Vishakha and technician is Mr. Manoj Singh and Sandeep Yadav.

      The complaint mail that I sent to the customer care based on the suggestion I got from them only, they only replied to support there franchise ignoring the unethical malpractices they are doing. They totally ignored the point I mentioned about the feedback submitted by intentionally wrong means. Also my request to not assign my service tickets in future to that franchise. For testing I created a service request and it was again assigned to the same franchise, which they closed without even contacting me. But I should have right as customer to select the service center I want my appliance to get serviced, IFB is not even providing that support and not even listening to the concern and request. How can I take services from a party I know are a big time cheaters, how can they not provide wrong information to me and may replace working parts so that they can generate a good invoice for there franchise and perks for them. They are not concerned at all for customers, they take these service requests as opportunities to make money. This is very wrong practice and in India this should somehow be stopped. Other countries if you see they have ethics and they will not make fool of customers, they will do genuine service by providing right information.

      If anybody from IFB tracking this complaint, can you call me ASAP.

      My same Grievances (Grievance Number: 4349858 Grievance Reg Date:[protected]:15:57) registered on ConsumerHelpline.gov.in is being addressed and I received the refund. It was very prompt and very professional with regular follow ups and updates. I really just cant believe this system is so well handled in our Country now. I am really very happy and feeling proud our Country is really doing great in this area. The tag line 'Jagoo Grahak Jagaoo' really giving us hope that there is some authority who is there to help every consumer who is cheated and someone to listen, investigate, follow up and that to so promptly and smoothly.
      This reaction from me is as same thing 15 years back was just not possible, there were similar bodies to reach out too, but I didn't get any resolution that time and whole process was painful and frustrating and I used to compare that time system with other Countries and used to expect same to see one day in our Country. This time also I had to raise the genuine concern, but was not having any hope based on my 15 years back experience. But for sure I wont say this now, things have really changed and we can now have hope and trust in this system. Thanks for all those people who have fulfilled dreams of all the consumers like us.

I am really thankful to all these progress I am seeing in our Country. Again thanks to all the people behind this system making this a reality for all our citizens.

          I bought ifb washing mashing model Elite MXS on 22/10/2022. After one month o[censored]sing, we realised our clothes getting torn and bleaching color while spinning in washing machine. I lost clothes almost 10k-15k, I asked for replacement or refund of machine from retail store but they told to contact customer care, the franchisee sent 5-7 technicians till now, they installed defective drum which lead to tearing further clothes, they agree that with the problem but blame on us for putting old clothes.             This is Pruthvi Raj, last year I purchased an IFB washing machine from IFB Point Indiranagar Bangalore karnataka.
            Last month I got a call from a number(said from the IFB service department) and she knew all my details including my number, name, and the washing machine purchased month.
            She said it is recommended to take service for your washing machine and asked my availability to send a technician for service.

            After 1/2 days one person came to my home as a IFB technician, inspected the machine and advised me to take hard water softener and descaling powder for better performance and machine life.
            With the name IFB, I believed him, purchased those products worth Rs.4, 810/- and used those products.

            Yesterday my washing machine was having some issues, so I raised a ticket and called the Real IFB technician for inspection. While inspecting the machine he confirmed that all the products I was using are local products and not from IFB. These local products are very similar to the original products including IFB Seal, MRP and packaging. Normal people can't make out the difference between IFB and local ones.

            This way I got cheated by these people. I am literally disappointed with this. One thing I want to know from IFB is How my contact details and purchase details leaked to them. I strongly believe someone from IFB is leaking all this highly sensitive customer information to these Fraud teams. This will definitely have a huge bad impact on the brand IFB.

            I want the IFB responsible team to consider this very seriously and take severe actions( giving a Police Complaint). I can help with this if you need any.
            But as a customer, I am expecting replacement of these fake local products with Original ones from IFB. And IFB should take full responsibility for this.

              I bought IFB machine top load in 3 years back. This is machine is not working fine since then. It gets problem with shocker and dryer issue and drum also not working multiple times. I called customer care they sent the person for service after 2 days it again got the same problem.

              I told about this to Area Sales manager Kapil Sharma, he said on call that he will help me but then never answered my calls after that. And he has not much sense that how to talk with customer
              I called customer care Neha in Panipat she kept me on hold and then disconnected the phone.

              I am very dissatisfied with the product and post sale services of IFB. Please resolve this issue at the earliest or replace the machine. After sales service is very poor No one wants to listen customer querry

                    This is to inform you that I have raised a service request for Washing machine Senator Aqua SX (Complaint No [protected]). The technician visited today and diagnosed the problem and he told need to replace the Water Level Sensor and he told the Water Level Sensor price is 2300Rs and Service Charge 590Rs and he suggested going to AMC instead of paying this amount.
                    Due to this Water Level Sensor is huge price we thought will take AMC and later i called IFB customer care and I came to know the Water Level Sensor is 600rs. Also customer care connected to Manager Anmol ([protected]) and came to know the technician cheated with me.
                    Attached is the invoice copy for your reference.

                    I request you to please cancel the AMC and refund my money ASAP.

                    It's very disappointing to me.

                      IFB Turbo Dryer not in working condition

                      Dear Sir,

                      I had purchased an IFB Turbo dryer on 01.06.2019.

                      The same is under Warranty and valid upto 31st May 2023.

                      Complaint

                      The IFB Turbo dryer was in running condition but the timer was not working and hence the machine would run continuously until manually stopped by switching of the power.

                      I have contacted IFB customer care and got my front load washing machine (Senorita Aqua SX8 KG) repaired by Technician on Thursday, 9th Feb'23. I have got the service ticket number as SC81303. The technician name is Syed Faisal. He has diagnose my machine and told that there is problem with Board and sensor. He has repaired it and when i demanded for the bill, he told that the Bill would be sent in another 30mins. I have been trying to contact them and till now, there is no response from them. What I got to know from the technician is that their franchisee company name is "Sha Cool Tech".

                      I have contacted IFB Service centre and they told me that the service centre number got changed. My concern here is why IFB is having tie up with these kind of fake franchise and making customers pay more with fake services.

                          After raising a complaint on this forum, IFB team (as they stated) called me. Asking if i would like refund or replacement. I told them i would require a refund. They told me to type some kind of voucher code in g pay. And enter 45500. The reiumbursable amount. This amount then they said would get credited to me. Instead the amount got paid to them. Now they have 45500 in addition to what i have paid for my dish washer. 45751. This they state would only get credited to me after 3 months. They asked me to repeat the voucher process yet again if i wanted the payment immediately. I refused after the payment got transferred to them which they claim was due to their payment gateway being open erroneously. Now they refuse to take any other action to pay me. Instead they insist upon their own process only which is not a proper way of ensuring refund gets credited to the customer.

                            Repeated sir., we have IFB washing machine model ELENA ZXS 6.5 kg 1000 rpm, it's service to call IFB toll-free number compiled taken.. and my personal number contact service authorized person they told as per they service they not give used correct material its prices material 3144 rupees, he give normal voucher bill..and collect amounts 3500 in hand..what is correct price of Rubber sleeve this model..

                              I have purchased an IFB built in dishwasher, invoice date 14.12.2022. It was delivered in December. Installation was done on DEcember 30th 2022. But at the time water was not functional at my new home. Subsequently, on 5th February 2023, used the dishwasher with water connection for the first time. The water spilled out of the dishwasher and into the kitchen and the water seeped under the kitchen wood work.

                              Upon raising a complaint, the IFB service executive arrived on 6th February 2023 and he found that the water part was faulty. He said he would replace it. But this is a new dishwasher and i am using it for the first time. I requested for replacing the dishwasher and IFB has refused to do so. I would like a full refund of my money from IFB and would like to claim compensation for the damages caused to my wood work for which i am spending time and money to get it resolved.

                                Frustated with IFB

                                IFB team took my Rs.25000+ cost microwave and its presently in their service center and closed all the tickets as Closed, or cancelled. How can i trust IFB.

                                I was told to take AMC and wait 45 days now its almost 2 months+ but no update from IFB even all the tickets via which i can trace ticket the Service center is closing them as closd or cancelled.

                                Now the service center person (+[protected] saying they will work on it without any ticket and just keep in touch via phone contact.

                                  I have bought IFB washing machine on[protected] through online. I register a service request on[protected] because the water is continuously draining out. On[protected] service engineer contacted us but i requested him to attend for service on[protected] because of holidays. He has attended on[protected] and informed me that some part has to be replaced. He said that it will take one week to ten days. I was shocked that it will take ten days as you know how important the washing machine is now a days. i contacted the service engineer on[protected]. He said that 10 days have not completed. Once again i tried to contact him on[protected] but he didn't respond. Then i made a call to the customer care number and informed about my problem. She said that i am once again rising the complaint and service engineer will contact me. yesterday at 11;32am some person called me and asked about the complaint of washing machine, but i said that already service engineer has attended and said that some defective part has to be replaced but till now they didn't do that. so, he asked me to contact Kurnool service Centre. i contacted them asked about my problem, they simply said that the required part is delivered by head office we cannot do anything and given me a suggestion to wait for one more week. After that i have given complaint through mail but it is waste of time. Till today i.e[protected] my product is in useless condition. I am very sorry to say that IFB service is irresponsible and committless.

                                    I have raised the complainant with IFB for washing machine on 10th Jan and techinician visited our house on 11th jan and confirmed there was an issue with part(dampers).

                                    So he told he will indent the spare part and replace with in 4-5 working days. They didn't contact us later after 2 weeks as we didn't see any one come to replace the part. We followed up with service center team and they didn't respond to our calls almost for 3 days then they responded and said multiple times that technician will visit on tomorrow to replace the part.

                                    That was not happened yet and it's almost a month since we raised the complaint.

                                      I purchased this IFB dishwasher on Aug-21. Fast forwarding to Aug-22, when an issue started happening that our main switchboard starts tripping when Dishwasher is started/running. This was a weird issue given that the issue would reproduce for days but suddenly it may start working after 2-3 days and again would stop. From Aug-22 to Nov-22, multiple technicians visited and while one of them replaced the heater and others did nothing. For some of their visits, the issue won't reproduce by the time they visit my place and again it would start. Many of the technicians blindly suggested buying a voltage stabilizer and that would solve the issue but were not ready to provide a guarantee that that would fix the issue. I manually inspected (also recorded video) that voltage remains within 230-250V when the issue presents. To help fix the issue, I purchased Power Guard so any voltage fluctuations (if any) would not damage the Dishwasher. Another electrical engineer and he suggested upfront that this is not an issue of voltage fluctuations but somewhere the circuit is getting grounded and the fault is in Dishwasher.

                                      Dishwasher worked fine for a couple of weeks and around 10-Dec-22, issues started happening more frequently and now we were seeing it consistently for week/s. I raised a request on Dec-14 and after continuous follow ups & escalations, one of senior ifb technician or engineer (as they say), visited our place twice and with minimal inspection engineer suggested the issue is in our ELCB circuit and suggested replacing them. At one point, eng also suggested to bypass it which is a risk to our house and apartment.

                                      Each time I raised a request, it would take more than a week's followup to get a technician visited. On Jan-23, IFB stopped responding to my requests and started closing my tickets without my consent without providing any details on closure to me.

                                      Replacing ELCB is not a solution and IFB engineers are not able to or do not want to find a solution. I am making this statement responsibly given below facts
                                      All other electrical instruments in my house are working just fine (including instant heater and oven both 2K Watts.
                                      Issue was not happening consistently. If the issue would have been in ELCB, this should happen all the time and can not start working for a week in between.
                                      Issue doesn't happen at a particular time of the washing cycle. Most of the time now it's immediately after switching on.
                                      Issue doesn't happen for any other appliances plugged at the same socket.
                                      Engineer/Technician never proved that the issue is in my ELCB circuit. And I am sure this would be the issue even if I plug it in other houses in apartment/s.
                                      Earlier also technician provided false information earlier that putting power guard/stabilizer would fix the issue and making me buy power guard worth 1.5K Rs.
