I was having some problem with my washing machine and when i was washing my clothes, i found some "black iron particles" in my clothes which might be due to cleanness of the machine. So i registered a complaint by calling the customer care number. The next day service boy came and he just cleaned the inside body of the machine by a dry cloth and he repeatedly insisted to change the filter guard for the water and he changed it and charged inr 155/- extra for the same. For cleaning the machine inr 590/- was charged.
I have few problems here.
1. Do you charge inr 590/- for this kind of worst service provided to your customers? To clean the inside body by a dry cloth - i can do it by myself we don't need a service guy for this and i demand a refund for this. Because i am not at all happy with the service provided.
2. Representatives seating across your customer care number don't even understand the actual problem and they just blindly logged a complaint for a general service. What does general service means for you? We even asked the guy to clean it with the liquid solution they carry, but he insisted that is not included in this service and that is extra cost.
3. Rather than concentrating on the actual problem, service guy insisted us to change the filter guard and he charged inr 155/- extra. But when i receive a sms from customer care, it is mentioned that "no spares were replaced". How is it possible?
