I had lodged complaint no16046043 on 22.07.2015 which was attent after one week. The service engineer changed the door lock but the panel of my washing was burnt while installing the door switch and the service engineer told me that by 08'.08.2015 the board will be replaced. Since till 12.08.2015 I enquires about the status of my complaint from customer care I was informed the complaint is closed. I informed the executive that the work is not completed as the board is to replaced, the executive informed me that he is again registering my complaint and new no. [protected] was given. Even this complaint is attended till date.
From last 4 months there one complaint or the other complaint which the company is completing in a months time. Due to this a have lost approx 3 months of warranty. I have sent mails to customer care of IFB industry but there is no response.
