My IFB washing Machine model is Señorita DX 5.5 KG Front Door. The door got locked and I am unable to open it up. I have booked a complaint regarding this on 29th November and No one has turned up to resolve the issue. I am very much a human and I can understand the flood issue that has been severe for the past 2 days. But they had all the chance to resolve it on 30th November and 3rd December.
