[Resolved] IFB Industries — Complaint on very bad customer service | |||
Hi, My name is santhosh. My father was using IFB washing machine for last 5 years. When the machine got failed, the service engineer asked to take AMC for 2 years, The contract started on november 15th, but till now the issue is not resolved. Whenever I called customer care, they respond by telling that they will send a service engineer immediately, but nobody has turned up yet. The registered mobile number is [protected]. I gave a complaint on 21st November 2015, but it got closed on 9th Dec without repairing. I again gave complaint on 10th dec, that also closed on 16th December. Was this information helpful? | |||

You are True Bro. They don't want to care about AMC and customers. They care about money and business. Even mine is not resolved and I have purchased AMC almost four months back. Even I have raised a complaint and it's been closed which means the Distributor has all the rights to close the complaint.
