Dear sir/madam, We have been calling since jan2019 for ifb washing service but noone has visited yet. Complaint is still open in your records. We have called customer care so many times and also service centre in noida. We are really helpless now. We have also put our complaint of fb and consumer forum and still ifb has not responded. Service is pathetic. It's been 2 months we have put complaint and noone has come. Noone cares.
