IFB Industries — complaint regarding front load ifb washing machine

This is with regards to the non-functioning of my ifb washing machine which i had purchased on june 19, 2019
Model : senator aqua sx front load
Capacity : 8kg

To my utter dissapointment, its not even been a year from the purchase and it has started giving problems.

Currently its not functioning due to some door open error which pops up on the screen.

I have been continuosly trying to reach out the ifb customer service since april 8, 2020 due to the same issue but your service was unavailable due to lockdown situation.
