[Resolved] IFB Industries — Complaint regarding neptune dishwasher | |||
I had made a complaint on the customer care for non functioing of my dishwasher on the 30th of may and was told that the systems are down and they cannot give me a complaint no but they will send someone and send me a complaint no once systems were up. When none came i made the complaint again on the 3rd of june - complaint no [protected] and have been following up since but no response. I have also been given some technical incharges no mr neeraj - [protected]/31 but there is no response on this no. Its been a nightmare getting this service - how long am i suppose to wait?
