[Resolved] IFB Industries — Complaint Registered on 2nd Dec-16 - Till date it is not solved | |||||
I have registered a complaint on 2nd Dec-16 & ticket no is [protected]. Today is 7 days of complaint, till it is not repaired & last 4 days nobody attempt to repair at my house. I have called to their customer care person and daily everybody confirmed that today someone will go definitely, but all requests are in vain. I do not know what is the problem to send the technician. I am not faced any problem in Chennai IFB Service, but at Mumbai IFB service is very poor and they are recruited unprofessional technicians and they have no responsibility to care my issue. They have given a number of Navi Mumbai service manager.
