[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Complaint Registered on 2nd Dec-16 - Till date it is not solved

I have registered a complaint on 2nd Dec-16 & ticket no is [protected]. Today is 7 days of complaint, till it is not repaired & last 4 days nobody attempt to repair at my house. I have called to their customer care person and daily everybody confirmed that today someone will go definitely, but all requests are in vain. I do not know what is the problem to send the technician. I am not faced any problem in Chennai IFB Service, but at Mumbai IFB service is very poor and they are recruited unprofessional technicians and they have no responsibility to care my issue. They have given a number of Navi Mumbai service manager. Even he is not trying to solve my issue as soon as possible, the contact person details as below,

Please find my last mail communication with them, even they have not given any reply. There is grievance cell at IFB Website. How such a big company run without minimum public requirement? Please help.

Dear Sir,

Already 12 days over, till the problem is not resolved and today they told it is under process. We are facing so much problem without micro-oven. It is now daily essential equipment, please take a strong action from your end.

Please try to resolve the problem by 2-3 days positively.

Dear All,

Already 14 days going on, no status no call no service from IFB. Please do something from your end, Is there is no low to punish this type of service provider? Otherwise this type of service provider can do anything without any care. If need I go for legal action on them, please do something.
