Sir, I purchased IFB fully fully automatic washing machine Elena 97007 on 03.11.2006 fron an authorised dealer H.L. Uberoi& Co., Kolhapur.I also purchased the spares from Shree Services 1770, E.S. No. 1, Shantanand Enclave, Rajarampuri 3rd lane Kolhapur, an authorised IFB Customer Care Centre. As the macine grew old & started giving problem, I replaced bearings 02.02.14 from Shree Services, Kolhapur. Later on entered into yearly contract with Shree Services, Kolhapur on 14.04.15 & 15.02.16. His receipt cum invoices invariably quoted ' Authorised IFB Customer care centre'. During last month when machine became noisy I tried to contact Mr. Nilesh Shah of Shree Services but his no was not working. I contacted IFB customer care. There I was told that similar complaints are received from many customers & they are no more redering services through Nilesh Shah from last four years. After that miraculously Nilesh Shah contacted me. But he didn't turned up, gave false promises & eventually became unavailable on his cell phone. Then I spoke with Krishna Patil, Area Incharge. He without properly listening to me said we cannot help you in this matter as Nilesh Shah & his firm is not working for him. I asked him to intervene & lodge complaint against Nilesh Shah, as he is illegaly using the name of IFB Industries & cheating your valuablecustomers and I will stand by him on this issue. I also asked him to assess condition of my machine & whether spurious parts are used. But he refused to take the responsibility. I asked him how he can keep mum when somebody is tarnishing the image of your company? I contactesd him 4 to 5 times but hardly got any response. I also told him that I want to exchange the machine & asked his help in that context.Eventually I lodged complaint with you under ticket No [protected] on 32.10.16 & awaiting response from you. I think there is nexus between your representatives in Kolhapur & Nilesh Shah as they are least concerned abour the welfare of customers. I request you to look into this matter seriously. What I want is bringing back my machine in healthy working condition. But it seems you have abandoned me. I also think that its your morale responsibility to control people who are on rampant damaging your image and shooing away your customers.
