IFB Industries — customer demo technician not give a proper demo and not install machine properly

I have purshed ifb elite plus sx washing machine 15 days back .17 of October 2017
But ifb technician not give demo and not install machine properly. my machine is too much vibrate on spin mode. ifb service technician not talking properly on phone call i want proper solution on my problems
