My cust ID 2158392. I have IFB Senorita washing machine. AMC with your home appliances divn for a period 2 years from 18/10/2015 rect SL no.[protected]. .complaint no.[protected] DT 19.11.2015. Inspite of repeated request no body attended on the machine. It is more than two months. Need to claim compensation through consumer court.

For the complaint no.[protected] of 19/11/2015, though rectified only on 8/1/2016, after a lapse of 50 days, no service compliance report was issued. When demanded the personal Sri E. Mani, who attended the service refused to issue. Hence, I may be provided with the service compliance report for my submission before Honble Consumer Court as demanded since complaint filed.

Treat the matter ad most urgent. If not complied with my request, I may be forced to summon your Chennai top executive to appear before the court.

When asked service compliance report for the complaint no.[protected], I was refused. Kindly arrange to issue me with the same as I need it for record.
